POSITION: Supervisor

LOCATION: USAG Camp Humphreys, Pyeongtaek, South Korea

CLEARANCE: Secret

COMPENSATION: $45,760-57,200 plus bonuses and incentives

The Supervisor is responsible for the direct management, performance, and strategic oversight of security operations and has full command and control authority over contractor personnel for daily security operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage all contracted security operations and personnel support.
  • Oversee, and when necessary perform, Electronic Security System (ESS) operations, access control, contingency response, and related security tasks.
  • Analyze security records, including DA Form 4930-R, to identify trends, recommend improvements, and ensure compliance.
  • Develop and execute training programs, conduct operational drills, and lead contingency response efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with Government security policies, reporting requirements, alarm records, and intrusion detection documentation.
  • Act on behalf of the contractor on matters related to daily security operations and respond to the COR as required.
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in military or civilian security guard operations.
  • At least two (2) years of management experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in physical security, access control systems, and integrated Electronic Security Systems (ESS).
  • Proven ability to develop and execute training programs, conduct operational drills, and lead contingency response efforts.
  • Thorough familiarity with Government security policies and reporting requirements, including alarm and intrusion detection records.
  • Must possess and maintain an active U.S. SECRET security clearance for the life of the contract.
  • Schedule is based on a 50-hour work week and is subject to change for exercise and contingency support.
