SHIPPING CLERK  

LOCATION:                                    MALAGA - SHIPPING – ARVIN, CA.

SHIFT:                                            SWING (Monday – Saturday, 1:30 pm – 10:00 pm)

REPORTS TO:                               SHIPPING SUPERVISOR/MANAGER

Grimmway Produce Group is seeking a Clerk/Receptionist for the shipping department to perform light secretarial work and maintain shipping records and distribute paperwork to appropriate personnel. What You Will Need:

• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Basic math skills.
• Must be able to handle a high volume of phone calls.
• Must have the ability to communicate with people with a positive attitude in a highly intense work environment.
• Must be dependable and efficient.
• Remote work is not available for this position.
• Must be bi-lingual, English/Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write in both.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment screening consistent with applicable state and federal law.

What will set you apart:

• Prior shipping experience.
• Familiar with GIS system (Grimmway Information System).
• Proficient in 10-key data entry by touch.
• Excellent organizational and management skills.

Starting Wage:                         $17.50 + 0.20 (Night Premium) / Hour

Filling Deadline:                       September 2^nd, 2026

• Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
