Position Requirements

Description
Per diem CRNA opportunity to practice with OSF St Anthony Medical Center in Rockford, IL, near 20,000 acres of forest preserves and parks. OSF St Anthony Medical Center is a designated Level I trauma center. The nonprofit Catholic hospital is dedicated to serving the diverse community of Rockford, IL. Outstanding surgeons and support staff team up to work in the fast-paced environment. CRNAs have a strong presence at this facility, which places a high value on teamwork.

Total Rewards
Hourly Rate: $225 per hour (W2 and 1099 options available)

Case Assignments & Schedule
• Schedule: Various shifts available
• Ortho, general, urology, plastics, hearts, neuro, and more. CRNAs are offered the opportunity to perform regional blocks at this location.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership

Requirements
• Current license as a registered professional nurse
• Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
