Rehbein Transit, operating under Minnesota Coaches, is a school transportation company proudly serving the Lino Lakes and Forest Lake communities since 1917. We are known for our strong safety culture, professionalism, and team-first environment.

We are currently hiring Type III Van Drivers to provide safe and reliable transportation for students, schools, and community programs.

This is a great opportunity for individuals who want flexible, part-time work while making a meaningful impact in their community.

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate a company van on assigned routes and schedules
• Transport students and passengers to and from designated locations
• Conduct daily pre trip and post trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain accurate route logs and required documentation
• Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding delays or changes
• Maintain a clean and professional vehicle environment
• Provide safe, courteous, and reliable service to passengers
• Follow all company safety standards and transportation regulations

Schedule & Flexibility

• Part-time, flexible scheduling (typically 25 to 30 hours per week)
• Split shift opportunities with morning and afternoon routes
• Additional hours available based on needs and trips
• Ideal for retirees, stay at home parents, and college students

What You’ll Need

• Minimum age: 18
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to follow assigned routes and schedules
• Previous driving experience preferred but not required
