Cruise Planner

We are seeking motivated, organized individuals who enjoy travel, customer service, and helping others create memorable vacation experiences. As a Cruise Planner, you will help travelers research and coordinate cruise vacations based on their preferences, interests, schedules, and travel needs.

Responsibilities include researching cruise lines, ships, destinations, itineraries, cabin options, and available vacation packages. You will help travelers compare options, answer general travel questions, coordinate reservation details, and provide helpful information throughout the planning process. Cruise Planners may also assist with additional vacation arrangements such as hotels, transportation, excursions, and other travel-related services.

This role is well suited for individuals who are comfortable communicating with people by phone, email, text, and online platforms. Strong organization, attention to detail, time management, and customer service skills are important.

Previous travel industry experience is not required. Training and access to travel planning resources, booking systems, supplier information, and ongoing educational opportunities are provided.
