Overview

 

Crabapple Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a friendly, organized, and service-oriented Treatment Coordinator/Front Office Assistant to guide our patients and families through the final step of their visit. In this role, you'll ensure a smooth checkout experience by reviewing treatment recommendations, discussing financial options, scheduling future appointments, and answering questions with confidence and compassion. Compensation: Up to $24 per hour, based on experience

Our Ideal Candidate

  • A minimum of 1 year of treatment coordinating experience is required
  • Experience with verifying insurance and accounts receivable
  • Knowledge of Dentrix software is a plus
  • Must provide references
