Position 

Overview: We are seeking an entry-level Quality Documentation Specialist to join our team. This role is primarily responsible for reviewing engineering blueprints and entering dimensional data into Excel-based inspection documentation. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, comfortable with repetitive tasks, and eager to learn how to interpret manufacturing blueprints.  


Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter dimensional data from blueprints into Excel spreadsheets and inspection documents.
  • Assist the quality team in preparing documentation required for customer and regulatory compliance (medical/aerospace).
  • Maintain organized records of inspection data and ensure accuracy in all entries.
  • Learn to read and interpret engineering blueprints (training provided if not already familiar).
  • Collaborate with the quality and production teams to ensure documentation is correct and complete.
  • Perform general administrative and data entry tasks as needed.

Requirements

  Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, formatting, data entry).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to learn to read and understand engineering blueprints. (Or willingness to learn how to). 
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Previous manufacturing, machining, or quality experience a plus, but not required.
