About the Role
Clarvida is hiring a Behavioral Health Technician to provide one‑to‑one behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2–24) in home, school, and community settings across Pennsylvania. This is a part‑time role that supports clients with emotional or behavioral challenges and promotes age‑appropriate independence and stability. Guided by a Behavioral Consultant, you'll follow a personalized treatment plan that includes behavioral interventions, skill reinforcement, and family education. You’ll work directly with clients and caregivers, helping reduce service dependence while promoting culturally competent, recovery‑oriented care.
ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Deliver 1:1 behavioral health services to youth (ages 2–24) across home/school/community settingsÂ
- Follow treatment plans designed by the supervising Behavioral ConsultantÂ
- Promote age‑appropriate functioning and skill developmentÂ
- Set clear boundaries to reduce dependency on servicesÂ
- Provide parent training and caregiver supportÂ
- Offer culturally responsive, trauma‑informed careÂ
- Maintain daily travel and documentation of client progressÂ
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain PA Act 33, Act 34, and FBI clearances
- CPR/First Aid training (infant/child) or willingness to complete training
