2 positions: 1st shift (6:00 AM to 2:30 PM ) & 2nd shift (2:30 to 11:00 PM)

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on tool experience (hand/pneumatic tools)
  • Willingness to learn pressure testing procedures (training provided)
  • Automotive, mechanical, or shop experience a plus
  • Solid communication and teamwork skills; basic English reading/writing
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Basic MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word)
Physical Requirements

  • Push/pull up to 30 lbs of force
  • Lift up to 30 lbs overhead

Responsibilities
  • Pressure test machined engine blocks to check for leaks and defects
  • Use hand and pneumatic tools to assemble/disassemble components for testing
  • Perform dimensional and visual inspections of machined parts
  • Support general shop operations (moving materials, cleaning, other assigned tasks)Work within production schedules set by Team Leaders and Managers
  • Maintain quality, attention to detail, and a clean workspace
