Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pest Control Service Pro to join our team. This role involves providing effective pest management solutions to residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of pest control methods, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to operate various tools and machinery safely.
Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and determine appropriate treatment methods.
- Apply pesticides and other pest control products in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery as needed for pest control tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining treatment plans and preventive measures to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including products used and areas treated.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, pest control techniques, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance, lawn care, and farm operations is a plus.
- Strong sales skills to effectively communicate the benefits of services offered.
- Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Pay range - $22.00 to $29.00 plus Bonus - Depending on Experience.
