Anamosa Dental Associates is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Scheduling & Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in helping patients understand their treatment needs, coordinating schedules, and ensuring a smooth patient experience from consultation to completion of care. 


Responsibilities

  • Present and review treatment plans with patients in a clear and supportive manner
     
  • Coordinate scheduling for treatment appointments and follow-ups
     
  • Help patients understand recommended procedures and answer questions
     
  • Verify insurance benefits and provide estimated treatment costs
     
  • Work closely with doctors and clinical team to prioritize treatment scheduling
     
  • Follow up with patients regarding pending or unscheduled treatment
     
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
     
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive patient experience

Qualifications

  • Previous dental office experience preferred  
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and treatment planning is a plus  
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience with dental practice management software preferred
