EEG Technician - AK PMG Peds SubspecialtyÂ
The Electroneurodiagnostic technologist will perform neurodiagnostic studies under the direction of the neurologist in accordance with the American Society of Electroneurodiagnostic Technologists (ASET) guidelines. Â This position takes lead role in training and educating existing and/or new EEG students affiliated with Providence Health and Services Alaska while working collaboratively with the manager and medical director of the program.

Required Qualifications:Â
- Graduate from a Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) accredited Neurodiagnostic Program.
- National Certification from American Board of Registration of Electroencephalographic and Evoked Potential Technologists upon hire.Â
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.Â
- 3 years - In the performance of procedures in a patient care environment.
Preferred Qualifications:Â
- Associate's Degree - From an accredited college or university.
