Sonic Summary

We are seeking experienced Window & Door replacement installers for strictly residential projects, with no new construction or commercial work involved.
Candidates must have proven hands-on experience with various types of windows, including Nail Flange, Block Frame, Retro Fit, and Full-frame wood replacements.
EPA LRRP Individual & Firm Certifications are required for work on pre-1978 homes, and installers must be able to complete projects from start to finish with quality workmanship.
The position is primarily for 1099 installers, but W2 may be considered for those with their own tools, vehicle, and relevant experience.
Salary details are not specified, but candidates should have a strong background in residential window and door replacement to be considered.

We are actively seeking experienced Window & Door replacement installers to join our team. This role is strictly residential replacement work — no new construction and no commercial projects.

Scope of Work (Experience Required)

Windows (must have hands-on experience with all):
Nail Flange windows (with trim)
Block Frame windows
Retro Fit / sloped sill windows
Full-frame wood window replacements
Strong knowledge of measuring, removal, prep, flashing, installation, and finish work across these frame types is essential.

Requirements
-Proven experience in residential window & door replacement
-EPA LRRP Individual & Firm Certifications (required for pre-1978 work)
-Ability to complete installs start-to-finish with quality workmanship
-Must be able to pass a background check
-Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
-Reliable transportation

Position Type
-1099 installers preferred
-W2 may be considered for the right candidate who is fully tooled, outfitted, and has a dedicated vehicle
