As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting our Field Talent Acquisition team as they connect great people with great opportunities across our stores. This is not a project-based internship. Instead, you'll work alongside recruiters on day-to-day hiring activities that directly support store operations and business growth. 

In this role, you'll gain exposure to nearly every facet of the hiring process. You'll conduct live virtual interviews, review pre-recorded video interviews, support candidate communications, assist with new team member orientation, and partner with recruiters and Operations leaders to help fill critical field positions. Throughout the internship, you'll learn how recruiting strategies support business growth, develop professional communication and interviewing skills, and gain a behind-the-scenes look at how talent acquisition helps build high-performing teams.

Compensation: This internship offers a starting pay range of $20.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on academic year, qualifications, experience, and skills relevant to the role.

Qualifications
  • Current Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or related field. 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment
