What you’ll need to succeed as a Transportation Analyst at XPO
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, 4 years of related work experience or equivalent military experience
- 1 year of experience in maintenance, logistics, operations management or a related field
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills (V-Lookup, Pivots, etc.) and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present clean, organized and thorough information and data appropriate for the intended audience

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Support members of the equipment administration team, operations personnel and fleet maintenance department
- Resolve issues and recommend solutions related to maintenance issues and vehicle assignments
- Monitor database and track company car assignments
- Confirm the accuracy of the database and generate monthly reports
- Confirm the accuracy of repair invoices and process them timely
- Handle and complete ad hoc projects, reporting and requests as needed
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
