What You’ll Do.Â
- Support day‑to‑day operations and help lead the team to deliver consistent, high‑quality service.
- Keep your team aligned and energized by clearly communicating Mister’s vision, priorities, and what’s most important each day.
- Coach and develop team members through hands‑on leadership, driving performance, accountability, and strong teamwork.
- Lead UWC execution by motivating the team, strengthening product knowledge, and driving membership growth.
- Contribute to financial performance and operational excellence by reinforcing expectations and supporting effective day‑to‑day execution.

Are You Eligible?
- In good standing with no active counseling reports.Â
- At least 90 days of Operations Lead experience at Mister (preferred).Â
- Have completed Track II of the Operations Leadership Program (required).Â
