Job Description:
As the Regional Director of Service Operations, you will lead eight dynamic service teams in Atlanta, Memphis, Nashville, Cincinnati, and Florida while making meaningful connections with our customers in the pursuit of providing outstanding customer experience. You will be responsible for building and leading a team’s that effectively schedules service appointments, provide repairs and maintenance while maximizing workflow. This position will oversee multiple locations to include in house services, road service, and light manufacturing.Â

Responsibilities:
- Leading service teams at eight separate locations across the Southeast
- Implementation and coaching of Service Manager(s) through development plans
- Building key customer relationships
- Responsible for growing profits and effectively managing costs
- Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships
- Scheduling travel as required. Estimated travel would be 1 week per month minimum.Â
- Hiring for various position within your team.
- Monitoring managers daily productivity and professional conduct
- Maintaining shop tools and building equipmentÂ
- Participate in developing business plans for each branch
- KPI Creation and leading the service teams successÂ
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ combined service management experience
- Three (3) years’ senior management experienceÂ
- Fleet Management experience would be considered an assetÂ
- Experience with using EPR software, CDK preferred
- Valid driver’s licenseÂ
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel throughout Florida, Georgia, Alabama and TennesseeÂ
- Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to mentor othersÂ
- Ability to develop professional relationships with both customers and team membersÂ
- Advanced computer skillsÂ
- Optimistic and collaborative attitudeÂ
- Basic knowledge of OSHA lawsÂ
