In this role, you will be responsible for executing the Marketing department’s needs for in-person activations, displays, and signage. The coordinator independently manages logistics and supports the evolving needs of Marketing and the business.  Responsibilities Manage all displays for the Marketing Department Inventory, Inspection, and Upkeep Maintain open communication with the Events and Retail team, including the Managers and Coordinators Set up and dismantle activations that require more than a pickup truck Build retail and mobile displays that align with branding guidelines and functionality for consumers Ensure all home show displays are prepared and set up correctly for the season Oversee and maintain vehicles, including rental trucks and the Mobile Design Center Benefits Full medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance plans Employee Assistance Program Company matched 401K Paid vacation and holidays Paid training An environment where collaboration is the key to our success QualificationsRequirements Excellent communication and interpersonal sills  High attention to detail Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks Dedicated onsite hours, weekend availability, and flexibility Valid WI Driver’s license and ability to pass insurance check for driving Reliable transportation to and from the office Ability to travel as required to various locations and events Ability to sit/stand for extended periods of time Ability to work at a computer and/or tablet for extended periods of time Ability to lift a minimum of 60 Lbs
