If you’re passionate about delivering outstanding service and growing your career, Bergstrom is the place for you!   What You'll Do Maintain the appearance and organization of the dealership lot, ensuring vehicles are clean, aligned, and presented professionally. Wash, vacuum, and fuel vehicles as needed to prepare them for guests and sales displays. Assist with the transportation of vehicles between dealership locations or for guest deliveries. Conduct lot checks to ensure vehicles are properly secured and accounted for. Organize and maintain vehicle keys and paperwork according to dealership standards. Assist with snow removal, landscaping, or other tasks to maintain a welcoming environment. Support the sales and service teams by moving vehicles to and from service areas, lot displays, and parking spaces. Perform general lot maintenance and ensure all areas are free of debris and hazards. Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Pay starting at $15.00-18.00/hour based on experience.   What We're Looking For Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. - License must be in good standing and not subject to probationary, occupational, or restricted driving privileges. Ability to operate a variety of vehicles, including manual transmissions. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Team-oriented mindset and willingness to assist wherever needed.
