Job DetailsJob Location: FAIRLAWN HAVEN - ARCHBOLD, OH 43502Position Type: Full-Time/Part-TimeJob Shift: AnyPersonal Care Assistant to CNA Sponsorship Program (Value $750) Contingent to a guaranteed Full Time or Part Time Opportunities 1st Shift (6AM - 2:30PM) - 2nd Shift (2PM - 10:30PM) - 3rd Shift (10PM - 6:30AM) Shifts will vary based on facility needs at the time of interview Must be available to attend the class schedule and meet the training program criteria; Must be available to attend class as assigned and agreed upon -  Limited Spots Available8 hour shifts (Must be available to attend the class) Includes holiday and weekend rotation. We are looking for dedicated individuals who enjoy working with residents and have the desire to advance their skill set. A STNA will focus on performing care to our residents throughout the Care Center.  The ideal candidate must be able to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public. Must also have patience, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm. Drug Free Workplace/ E.O.E./Veterans/Disabled and other protected category   QualificationsQualifications and/or Skills Required: Ability to maintain confidentiality, and honor Resident’s Rights; First aid and CPR certification, preferred; Must be available to attend the class schedule and meet the training program criteria; Must be available to attend class as assigned and agreed upon -  Limited Spots Available Must commit to a Full-time or Part-time position for one year upon completion of the program. Must be able to communicate effectively with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public; Must have excellent attendance and work history;
