About the Role:

As an Assembler / Sequencer, you will help keep production moving by assembling, sequencing, inspecting, and preparing products according to work instructions, quality standards, and safety requirements.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is dependable, safety-minded, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment.

 

What You Will Do

  • Assemble, sequence, pack, and prepare products according to work instructions and customer requirements.
  • Operate production and material-handling equipment as needed.
  • Perform quality checks and report equipment, production, or quality concerns promptly.
  • Follow all safety, quality, production, and company procedures.
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
  • Work with the team to meet production goals and support continuous improvement.

 

What You Need To Be Successful:

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive lifting, bending, and twisting.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
  • Dependable, motivated, and willing to learn.
  • Able to work well with others and adapt to changing production needs.
  • Available to work 3rd shift, including weekends when required.

 

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience in manufacturing, automotive, warehouse, production, or assembly environments.
  • Experience operating production or material-handling equipment.
  • Familiarity with work instructions, quality checks, or production processes.

 

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
