Financial System and Data Manager

The Department of Management and Finance (DMF) is seeking a Financial System and Data Manager to serve as the lead functional business analyst for the County’s Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP system, and to be responsible for ensuring that the County’s financial data management capabilities support its operational, analytical, and reporting requirements. This position collaborates with technology and financial staff throughout the County to identify and understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for business solutions. As the DMF Financial System and Data Manager, this position leads efforts to improve access to and utilization of enterprise financial systems and data in order to support decision making, identifies opportunities and potential solutions for business process efficiencies, and trains staff on utilizing technology and tools to optimize resources and create efficiencies in their work. This position may provide supervision, direction and oversight to other DMF technology staff.
