The Opportunity:
Coordinate disclosure actions with security, export-control, engineering, acquisition, legal, and international stakeholders. Review documents, technical information, briefings, and requests to determine releasability under applicable foreign-disclosure authorities. Develop and update disclosure guidance, procedures, review aids, and briefings for supported organizations. Apply approved disclosure policy, delegated authorities, and need-to-know principles to proposed information exchanges. Support foreign visits, meetings, technical exchanges, and senior-level engagements requiring disclosure review. Work independently without considerable direction.
You Have:
10+ years of experience working as a Foreign Disclosure representative or Foreign Disclosure Officer
10+ years of experience providing information proposed for release, applying governing disclosure policy and delegated authorities, and developing recommendations that balance mission collaboration with protection of controlled information.
5+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office suite of applications
Experience with both oral and written flag-officer or senior-level presentations
Knowledge of aircraft programs and systems
Knowledge of National Disclosure Policy, Technology Security and Foreign Disclosure policy, including DoDD 5230.11, DoDI 5530.01, DoDD 5230.20, DoDI 3305.13, National Security Decision Memorandum 119, ICD 710, ITAR, Executive Orders 14268 and 14383, and the military services foreign disclosure program implementation guidelines
Ability to work with large teams to coordinate guidance, direction, and supervision effectively across Government, contractor, and external stakeholders, prepare briefings, reports, standard operating procedures, and official correspondence, and lead a team in fast-paced classified environments
Top Secret clearance

Foreign Disclosure Training for DoD: GS160.16 certification
Nice If You Have:
Experience with F-35 aviation operations and support
Experience with administrative duties such as scheduling execution of security related meetings, conferences, and other events and activities
Experience working with the Foreign Visits System (FVS), or as a Contact Officer for a foreign visitor
Knowledge of US International or Foreign Affairs objectives, Arms Export Control Act (AECA), and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) processes, or international relations policy objectives within Security Assistance
Ability to provide recommendations and innovative solutions
Ability to communicate and interact, in writing and orally, with colleagues, counterparts, senior officials in various US and foreign government military and civilian agencies, and representatives of various cultures with tact and diplomacy on all occasions
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and to analyze complex material
Master’s degree
Acquisitions and Contracting Basics in the NISP: IS123.16 certification and Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) or the Physical Security Certification (PSC)
Completion of a military service foreign disclosure program
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
