The IGA Engineer designs, implements, and maintains identity governance solutions that automate identity lifecycle management, access certifications, and compliance reporting across enterprise systems.Â

ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Configure and maintain IGA platforms.Â
- Develop provisioning and deprovisioning workflows.Â
- Implement role-based access controls.Â
- Support access certification campaigns.Â
- Integrate enterprise applications with IGA solutions.Â
- Create compliance and audit reports.Â
- Troubleshoot identity governance issues.Â
- Perform other related duties as assigned.Â
Â
Required Skills/AbilitiesÂ
- Experience with SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, or Microsoft Entra ID Governance.Â
- Knowledge of identity lifecycle management.Â
- Understanding of SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.Â
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.Â
- Experience with Active Directory and LDAP.Â
- Scripting experience using PowerShell, Python, or Java.Â
Â
Desired Skills/ExperienceÂ
- IGA platform certifications.Â
- Experience with cloud identity platforms.Â
- Knowledge of PAM integrations.Â
- Experience supporting compliance initiatives.Â
Â
Minimum EducationÂ
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.Â
- Minimum 5 years of IAM/IGA experience.Â

Job StipulationsÂ
- Participation in scheduled maintenance windows.Â

- Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.Â

Recommended Clearance LanguageÂ
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.Â
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret or higher security clearance.Â
