With more than 300 employees, we are committed to delivering exceptional service, fostering innovation, and creating opportunities for professional growth.   Position Overview MEI Group USA is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Lot Coordinator to support our Repo, Trade-In, and Wholesale vehicle operations. This position is responsible for maintaining the organization of the vehicle lot, receiving units from transporters, collecting and documenting vehicle information, assisting with inventory audits, and ensuring vehicles are properly located and accounted for. The ideal candidate has basic automotive knowledge, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do Maintain the organization and overall condition of the Repo, Trade-In, and Wholesale sections of the property. Organize repossessed vehicles according to the date of repossession. Receive vehicles from transporters and ensure units are properly accounted for upon arrival. Prepare vehicles for inventory walks by collecting and documenting relevant vehicle information. Obtain and record vehicle mileage accurately. Inspect vehicles and report their general condition, including visible damage or other concerns. Jump-start vehicles when necessary to retrieve mileage, vehicle information, or other required details. Locate vehicles throughout the property as needed. Assist with inventory audits and vehicle reconciliation. Maintain accurate vehicle records and documentation. Complete daily and weekly assignments with minimal supervision. Follow company policies and safety procedures when handling and moving vehicles. Perform additional operational duties and tasks as assigned by management. What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Basic automotive knowledge required. Valid driver's license required. Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles. Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle is a plus. Basic computer skills required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to accurately collect, record, and communicate vehicle information. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to work outdoors and walk throughout the vehicle lot as needed. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
