The Management Analyst will analyze and evaluate War Data Platform (WDP) program operations, processes, resources, and performance to support effective program management and strategic decision-making. This person will conduct business case analyses, cost-benefit analyses, risk assessments, and other quantitative and qualitative analyses to evaluate programmatic, technical, financial, and operational alternatives and provide data-driven recommendations. This person will develop and maintain reports, metrics, forecasts, presentations, and other management information to track program performance, resource utilization, costs, quality, and compliance. This person will collaborate with program managers, technical teams, financial analysts, and other stakeholders to identify process improvements, support planning and resource allocation, coordinate program activities, and translate complex information into clear and actionable recommendations. This person will support the development and maintenance of program documentation, policies, procedures, and management controls and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance of the WDP program.
- SECRET Security Clearance Required
- CCSP, CFR, Cloud+, CSSLP, FITSP-D, FITSP-M, GDSA, GSEC, Security+, SecurityX/CASP+, or SSCP cerification (for Junior / Journeyman roles)
- CISSO, CISSP, CISSP-ISSAP, CISSP-ISSEP, GCSA, GCIA, GCLD, GICSP, GSLC, or SecurityX/CASP+ certification (for Senior role)
- We are actively seeking multiple levels:
- Junior: 0 - 3 years of experience + Bachelor's Degree
- Journeyman: 4 - 7 years of experience + Bachelor's Degree
- Senior: 8+ years of experience + Bachelor's Degree
- Good communication skills, self-starter mindset.
- Professional proficiency in English is required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.

Work Environment:
- Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).

- Salary at Avalore is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combinaition of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
- Salary estimates for this job range from $88,000 - $173,000.
