We're looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our established family dental practice in Arlington.

Your Schedule

Our primary need is: Wednesday to Friday; Every other Saturday

Practice Hygiene With Autonomy

Our hygienists are trusted members of the clinical team.

You'll assess periodontal health, educate patients, recommend appropriate preventive and periodontal care, and collaborate directly with the doctors.

We value clinical judgment, strong patient relationships, and individualized care rather than a one-size-fits-all approach to hygiene.

What We're Looking For

• Active Washington Dental Hygienist license

• Current CPR/BLS certification

• Strong patient communication skills

• Confidence providing preventive and periodontal care

• Collaborative, team-first approach
