Journeyman Service Plumber

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Service Plumbers for projects located in or around Williamsport, PA. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $30-$35/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are a Plumber and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:      

• Perform commercial and residential plumbing service work
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematic drawings
• Install PVC, copper, carbon steel, cast iron, and grooved piping systems
• Install gas lines, fixtures, valves, and pipe insulation
• Perform pressure testing on plumbing systems
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems as needed
• Perform brazing and related piping work
• Maintain quality workmanship while adhering to all jobsite safety standards

Requirements:

• Journeyman-level plumbing experience required
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and schematic drawings
• Must have knowledge of applicable plumbing codes
• Must have experience installing: PVC pipe, Copper pipe, Carbon steel pipe, Cast iron pipe, grooved pipe, gas lines, fixtures, valves, pipe insulation
• Must have pressure testing experience
• Must have service plumbing experience
• Must have brazing experience
• Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team
