Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a FAB Lead Paint Line Loader - 2nd Shift. This position is based at our Arden, NC location.Â
The hourly rate for this position is $21.00 per hour.

What you’ll do:
 The Lead Paint Line Loaders primary function is to lead the operation of the paint line by performing operator maintenance tasks and collaborating with paint line personnel to achieve daily goals.

In this position you will:
•   Perform initial set-up for machine operation
•   Operate equipment/machinery to produce painted parts
•   Maintain inventory of supplies necessary to perform daily operations of paint line
•   Perform quality checks to ensure quality standards are met
•   Perform necessary operator maintenance on fabrication equipment
•   Provide on-the-job training as needed
•   Perform TPM and 5S+ responsibilities daily
•   Flex to perform other responsibilities when needed

Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
•   Basic Computer skills – Microsoft Office, Internet, machine-specific programs, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:
•   Previous experience in Fabrication
•   Past experience with powder coat
Position Criteria:
•   Able to lift up to 35 pounds – waist, shoulder, overhead
•   Proven history of safe work habits
•   Must be able to work effectively without direct supervision
•   Must be able to work collaboratively with the team in a fast paced environment
•   Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job: lift, bend, ladder work and other forms of movement
•   Must be able to work overtime – weekdays and weekends
