Title: Janitorial Utility Cleaner

Pay Rate: $16.50

Hours and Days: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm

Location: Asheville-College Campus

Lifting Restrictions: Must be able to lift 50 lbs repetitively

Experience Required: 1-3 years years

(Freightliner)Will include operating a forklift and/or tugger to empty hoppers and maintain pallet yard; containing and cleaning up spills; monitoring recycle trailer drop-offs and pick-ups; cleaning area around waste pre-crusher and cardboard compactor; removing debris from storm drains, pallet yard, and fence lines; sweeping and scrubbing plant aisles; cleaning conveyor and trim pits; and other duties as assigned by supervisor

(Timken) Will include general cleaning, sweeping and mopping floors around machines, removing metal chip, cleaning windows and bathrooms, emptying trash and removing cardboard, cleaning storage areas outside the plant, using a pressure washer to clean concrete areas outside, and other duties as assigned by supervisor.
(Converse) Will include setting up and breaking down event set ups; moving student chairs/desks, file cabinets, rugs, and all other boxes in classrooms; and any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

(Auriga) Sweeping and cleaning storm drains and ditches, stairwells, outside utility areas, and elevator floors. Will also include scrubbing floors, pulling trash, dusting, some vacuuming, and restroom cleaning or other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
