Position Summary
Trinity Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Asheville, NC. This part-time position offers a combination of outpatient services and PRN coverage in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting. The ideal candidate is compassionate, motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans based on physician referrals
- Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in both outpatient and SNF settings
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and company standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Supervise and provide direction to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and therapy aides, as applicable
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, goals, and home exercise programs

Requirements
- Current North Carolina Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently across multiple settings
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- SNF experience preferred, but not required
