We are seeking an experienced, service-driven Spa Manager to lead daily operations and elevate the guest experience within our spa. This leadership role is responsible for team development, operational excellence, and driving service and retail performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all day-to-day spa operations
- Lead, coach, and develop estheticians, massage therapists, sales associates, and spa support staff
- Ensure high standards of professionalism, presentation, and service delivery
- Manage scheduling, payroll, and productivity metrics
- Drive retail and service revenue through strategic initiatives and team coaching
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and backbar management
- Resolve guest concerns and ensure service recovery when needed
- Maintain compliance with all health, sanitation, and licensing regulations

Qualifications:

- Previous spa or wellness management experience required
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Proven track record in sales growth and operational performance
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities
