3rd Shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Monday–Friday + $2.00 shift differential)

Overview

As a Racker, you will:

• Rack, un-rack, and package customer parts according to work orders
• Safely handle customer products and tooling to prevent damage
• Perform visual inspections of parts before processing
• Record production information accurately
• Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures while working around industrial equipment and chemicals

This is a hands-on, fast-paced general labor position in a manufacturing environment — perfect for someone dependable, safety-focused, and ready to work.

What to Expect on the Job:

• Repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs
• Exposure to heat, noise, and industrial equipment
• Work around sharp parts, heavy carts, and process lines
• Use of hearing protection and other safety equipment
• A team-oriented environment where attitude matters

What we're Looking For:

• Entry-level candidates welcome — no prior manufacturing experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required)
• Ability to effectively utilize language: speaking, reading, and writing.
• Must possess effective verbal and interpersonal communications skills. Must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. 
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
