Emergency Medical Technician (Advanced PRN) Â
Join our dedicated team as an Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) on a PRN basis, where your skills will make a vital difference in emergency medical services. We are seeking a motivated and professional individual committed to providing high-quality pre-hospital care and training. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to life-saving efforts while also engaging in instructional duties. Â
Key Responsibilities Â
- Provide advanced emergency medical care and transportation to patients in pre-hospital settings Â
- Respond promptly to emergency calls and assess patient conditions to determine appropriate interventions Â
- Administer medications and advanced airway management as per protocols Â
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and transport details Â
- Conduct CPR training sessions and serve as a CPR instructor to staff and community members Â
- Deliver EMS training and educational programs to enhance team skills and community awareness Â
- Ensure all equipment and supplies are properly maintained and ready for use Â
- Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations governing emergency medical services Â

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications Â
- Valid EMT-Advanced certification or higher from an accredited program Â
- Current CPR instructor certification and experience in CPR instruction Â
- Prior experience in emergency medical services preferred Â
- Strong knowledge of emergency medical procedures, protocols, and equipment Â
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Â
- Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations Â
- Flexibility to work on a PRN basis, including nights, weekends, and holidays Â
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Â
