Job Description:

*Starting pay $22.00 per hour plus $1.00 shift premium.

We are seeking a Multi- Skilled Production Technician to work on a 12-hour rotating shift schedule. This is a direct hire position with fantastic benefits.

Job Tasks 

  • The job includes, but not limited to, operates site equipment (plant, warehouse, analytical laboratory) 

  • Perform computer functions in plant, office, lab equipment 

  • Perform analytical testing of raw material and/or finished product 

  • Create, follow procedures, work instructions, EH&S and Quality standards  

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Licensures, and Certifications) 

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. post-secondary education required 

  • 2 years’ experience in industrial environment preferred 

  • Must be able to be forklift certified (company certifies on-the-job). 

Work Environment / Physical Demands / Travel 

  • Work in 24/7 continuous operations, on 12- hour rotating shift schedule. 

  • Able to work in a non-climate controlled environment

  • Standing and walking continuously    

  • Climbing on and off a forklift frequently    

  • Climbing and descending stairs frequently   

  • Lifts/carries 20 - 50 Lbs. frequently    

  • Lifts/Carries 50 - 100 Lbs. occasionally with assistance   

  • Reaches above frequently, pushes/pulls occasionally   

  • Fine Manipulation occasionally
