Job Summary
Summary: Â The Suites & Clubs Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to guests in premium suites and club areas. This role ensures guests receive attentive, professional service while maintaining cleanliness, organization, and a positive hospitality experience.
Essential Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, timely, and professional service to guests in suites and club spaces.
- Set up, stock, and maintain food and beverage stations.
- Deliver food and beverages accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout service.
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and restocking of supplies.
- Follow all food safety, alcohol service, and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds during shifts.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous hospitality, food service, or event experience preferred.
