We’re looking for Consultants to join our growing Financial Operations practice in Atlanta. In this role, you’ll serve as a strategic partner to clients, supporting a wide range of interim and project-based accounting and financial management needs.

What You’ll Do:
Partner closely with clients to provide financial management and accounting support with a high standard of professionalism and client service.
Serve as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, including CFOs, CEOs, executive teams, bankers, private equity partners, legal advisors, tax advisors, and investors.
Help clients execute growth strategies, support critical initiatives, and implement process improvements that strengthen finance and accounting operations.
Lead and optimize accounting functions to improve scalability, efficiency, and business performance.
What You’ll Bring To BPC:
Required Qualifications
6+ years of progressive corporate accounting experience
Bachelor’s degree
Experience managing an accounting department
Proven success developing and improving accounting and finance functions to support company growth
Experience maintaining and implementing effective internal controls
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across functions
Interest in consulting-style work and delivering exceptional client service
Willingness to travel within your local market, with occasional support in national markets
Preferred Qualifications
CPA license or MBA
Experience at a Big Four or other nationally recognized accounting firm
Industry experience in emerging growth, technology, or SaaS companies
Additional oversight experience across IT, HR, or Operations
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $120,000 to $150,000
