Join our team! We are VIA Delivery & Logistics, winner of the 2026 Georgia Delivery Service Partner (DSP) of the Year! We’re actively recruiting dependable, motivated, and safety-focused Delivery Associates – Walkers to deliver packages on foot in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active throughout the day, working independently, and providing excellent customer service to the community.
As a Delivery Associate – Walker, you will safely and efficiently deliver packages on foot within an assigned delivery area using a hand truck and company-provided delivery device. No driving is required for this position. Paid training is provided, and no previous delivery experience is required.
Location: Midtown, Atlanta, GA
Full-Time | 8–10 Hour Shifts | Weekend Availability Required
Responsibilities
● Load hand trucks and deliver packages weighing up to 50 lbs. on foot in all weather conditions, safely, efficiently, and on time
● Use handheld devices and navigation technology for routing, scanning, and delivery confirmation
● Deliver packages to homes, apartments, businesses, and other assigned locations
● Walk for extended periods and navigate sidewalks, stairs, buildings, elevators, and other delivery environments
● Interact with customers and the public in a professional and positive manner
● Follow all company safety policies and delivery procedures
● Maintain attendance, performance, quality, and safety standards

Qualifications
● Must be at least 18 years old
● Must possess a valid government-issued ID
● Must be authorized to work in the United States
● Must be able to pass a drug screening
● Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs.
● Ability to safely push and maneuver a loaded hand truck
● Ability to walk and stand for extended periods throughout the shift
● Ability to frequently climb stairs, bend, reach, and handle packages throughout the day
● Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
● Ability to use a smartphone or handheld delivery device
● Weekend and holiday availability may be required
Preferred (Not Required)
● Previous delivery, courier, warehouse, or similar experience
● Experience working in a fast-paced environment
● Strong customer service and communication skills
● Ability to work independently and maintain productivity throughout the shift
