- Greet Patients
- Patient Registration
- Verify Benefits
- Check-in/out
- Process Payments
- Schedule Appointments
- Answer Multi-Line Phone
- Coordinate Medical Record Requests
- Facilitate Patient Flow
- Responds to Inquiries
- Protect Patient Confidentiality
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent attendance and reliability
- Customer Service
- Microsoft Office
- Reliable Transportation
- EMR experience
- Previous medical experience a plus
- Basic health insurance premium paid in full after 2 full months of employment
