Role Summary
The Strategic Initiatives Coordinator plays an important role in helping bring high-impact HR work to life. This position supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of enterprise HR initiatives, tools, resources, and learning experiences that help teams work more consistently, effectively, and confidently across the organization.
In this role, you will help keep key priorities organized and moving forward by supporting project plans, tracking timelines and deliverables, gathering information, coordinating materials, and partnering with HR colleagues and stakeholders. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, collaborative, and energized by work that connects people, process, communication, and execution in support of meaningful HR outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate logistical and administrative support for Strategic Initiatives activities, including scheduling, meeting and training preparation, materials coordination, participant communication, capturing questions, and documenting follow-up needs.
· Serve as a point of contact for program participants, vendors, and facilitators, providing timely support and clear communication.
· Assist with developing, formatting, and maintaining HR materials that are tailored for different audiences, including templates, presentations, job aids, facilitator guides, and online resources.
· Conduct research, benchmarking, and information gathering to support project planning, HR resources, tool development, and continuous improvement efforts.
· Maintain organized libraries of templates, tools, training materials, and program documentation to support consistency and version control.
· Track program activities, attendance, feedback, action items, and completion records to support accurate reporting and follow-up.
· Collect and summarize feedback from HR users and stakeholders to help the team improve tools, resources, and learning experiences.
· Co-develop and maintain project plans independently, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, action items, and follow-up activities to help keep work organized and on track.
· Coordinate Strategic Initiatives work across operating companies by balancing enterprise goals with an understanding of each company’s environment, priorities, and stakeholder needs.
· Assist with promoting HR resources, training opportunities, and tools to appropriate audiences.
· Support other team initiatives as needed to help advance priorities and maintain progress.
Required Qualifications
· 2–4 years of related experience in program coordination, administrative support, HR support, learning coordination, customer service, or a similar role
· Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
· Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills with HR partners and stakeholders
· Experience supporting meetings, training, workshops, or program activities
· Initiative, follow-through, and ability to work independently and collaboratively
· Ability to track information, maintain accurate records, and support reporting
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Planner
· Willingness to learn and use AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot
· Ability to work a hybrid schedule with at least four days per week in the office to support partnership with HR and business leaders and strengthen working relationships
Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Organizational Development, Learning, or a related field
· Experience supporting projects, process improvements, planning, analytics, or operations
· Familiarity with Microsoft Forms, SharePoint, OneDrive, Lists, or similar tools
· Interest in HR data, workforce planning, learning, or continuous improvement
