The Strategic Marketing Programs Manager will support the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen our position as a leader in the automotive industry.

This role will translate business priorities and market opportunities into integrated marketing programs that build brand relevance, deepen customer and industry engagement, and support long-term business growth.

Working across internal teams and external partners, the Strategic Marketing Manager will bring together strategy, brand marketing, partnerships, communications, and program execution. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and strong operator who can turn complex business opportunities into focused, measurable marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with business priorities.
  • Translate business objectives, customer insights, and market opportunities into actionable marketing strategies and programs.
  • Lead cross functional initiatives from strategy through execution, managing stakeholders, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen brand relevance, industry leadership, and customer engagement.
  • Cultivate external partnerships that extend the reach and impact of NAPA marketing initiatives.
  • Develop compelling strategic narratives, presentations, and recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor industry, consumer, workforce, and competitive trends to identify emerging opportunities.
  • Provide clear, executive ready reporting on program performance, insights, opportunities, and recommended next steps.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic marketing, or program management roles.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional marketing programs from concept through execution.
  • Strong strategic planning, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience defining and tracking performance metrics and reporting outcomes.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and financial resources to optimize program outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%
