The Subcontract Coordinator will perform multiple tasks to support the subcontract process, the purchase order process and company licensing.
Duties include but are not limited to:

- Understand subcontract documents and terms and purchase order documents and terms
- Work with department lead to ensure subcontractor compliance with insurance requirements.
- Review owner contract requirements to ensure compliance with project requirements applicable to subcontracts and purchase orders
- Verify bonds are in place for subcontracts as required
- Assist with company contractor license applications, revisions and renewals
- Maintain company license lists
- Interact with various state licensing boards to ensure compliance with contracting license requirements in states where company works
- Ensure all active subcontractors in the company’s system have been properly approved through the internal qualification process
- Work as a Corporate Services team member to complete projects as needed
Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience:
Bilingual (Spanish and English) speaker preferred.Â
- Four (4) year degree required
- Knowledge and experience working with pay apps.
- Experience using an ERP system, preferably Vista.
- Construction knowledge or experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills
- Use discretion and keep sensitive information confidential
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Possess initiative, strong work ethic and high attention to detail
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Work independently and as part of a team
