Job DetailsJob Location: GA- Atlanta 1 Glenlake Parkway - Atlanta, GA 30328The Supervisor, Planning & Campaign Excellence leads a team of Specialists to ensure Locality campaigns are strategically planned, operationally sound, and flawlessly executed. The Supervisor balances day-to-day RFP and campaign support with leadership responsibilities - setting clear expectations, providing coaching, training, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all work. This role serves as the first escalation point for campaign planning issues and is accountable for both team performance and client outcomes within their assigned region or business unit. The Supervisor also drives process adherence, ensures system accuracy across LocalX and connected platforms, and contributes to continuous workflow improvement.  Team Leadership & Coaching Manage, mentor, and coach Specialists, ensuring professional growth and strong execution discipline. Balance team workload, assign priorities, and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are consistently met. Conduct regular performance check-ins, providing feedback and holding Specialists accountable for accuracy, media plan effectiveness, and volume efficiency. Campaign Planning & Pre-Sales Oversee the translation of client objectives into media plans; QA for accuracy and strategic alignment. Review and approve RFP responses to ensure KPIs, benchmarks, and inventory forecasts are properly applied. Partner with Sales, Client Success, and Analytics leadership to elevate strategic, results-driven proposals. Consolidate and report on team activity and pipeline for management visibility. Operational Support Ensure accurate and consistent use of LocalX and connected platforms. Track pacing, budgets, delivery, and audience fulfillment; escalate and address discrepancies quickly. Maintain responsibility for QA and troubleshooting across all campaigns. Standardize templates, processes, and documentation across the team to reduce error rates. Troubleshoot campaign issues, providing proactive solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Insights & Collaboration Collaborate with Analytics to generate optimization strategies and ensure Specialists integrate data insights. Share learnings and best practices across Client Success, Sales, and Operations to improve planning outcomes. Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and delivery against KPIs. Maintain proficiency in Locality’s connected end point delivery systems for planning and execution Contribute to process improvements and innovative approaches to campaign planning. Actively collaborate with peers across PCE, Client Success, and Sales to improve workflows. WHAT WE LOOK FOR 2–5 years of experience in media planning, campaign operations, or related digital advertising roles Knowledge of OTT/CTV platforms, digital advertising strategies, and performance measurement Proficiency in Excel and industry planning/order management tools Proficiency in CRMs, OMS, and DSP platforms, and forecasting tools Comfort owning capacity and resourcing decisions, and expressing team updates to leadership Strong collaboration and cross-functional relationship-building skills Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on accuracy, urgency, and quality Ability to interpret campaign data and provide insights Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, business administration, or related field preferred Compensation for the role includes a competitive base salary in the range from $70,000-72,000 in addition to a commission bonus structure (dependent on years of experience, level of education obtained, as well as applicable skillset), and an excellent benefits package (including but not limited to health care benefits, retirement benefits and paid days off).
