Who You Are:

You are a detail-oriented communications professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the importance of clear, consistent storytelling. You bring strong writing skills, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to supporting media relations, analyst relations, and brand-building efforts.

What You Will Do:

As Public & Analyst Relations Specialist, you will support Airia’s communications programs by helping coordinate media outreach, analyst relations, manage PR materials, track coverage, and keep internal stakeholders aligned. You will work closely with marketing, leadership, and external partners to strengthen Airia’s visibility and ensure our message reaches the right audiences.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day public relations activities, including media list management, outreach coordination, coverage tracking, and reporting.
  • Draft and edit communications materials such as press releases, media pitches, briefing documents, award submissions, and contributed content.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather information, validate messaging, and ensure communications are accurate, timely, and aligned with Airia’s brand.
  • Monitor industry news, competitor activity, media coverage, and relevant AI and enterprise technology trends to identify communications opportunities.
  • Maintain organized PR workflows, calendars, files, and agency or vendor communications to support smooth execution across initiatives.
  • Coordinate analyst briefings, inquiries, meetings, and follow-ups, ensuring stakeholders are prepared and next steps are clearly tracked.
  • Maintain analyst contact lists, engagement calendars, research deadlines, briefing notes, and program documentation.
  • Support the development and organization of analyst-facing materials, including briefing decks, company updates, product messaging, and response inputs.

What We Need from You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in public relations, analyst relations, marketing or media relations. 
  • Experience working in enterprise technology, artificial intelligence, software, or B2B communications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling messaging.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work from the midtown Atlanta office 3 days per week.
