We are looking for a dependable, energetic, and detail-oriented Custodial Services Team Member who wants to help us create an environment where everyone feels safe, comfortable, and welcome.

What You’ll Do

As a member of our team, you’ll help keep Frazer looking and feeling its best. Responsibilities include:

• Create clean, fresh, and inviting classrooms, offices, common areas, and staff spaces.

• Keep floors looking their best through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and other routine care.

• Clean, sanitize, and refresh restrooms throughout the facility.

• Keep high-touch surfaces, furniture, fixtures, doors, windows, and glass clean and welcoming.

• Empty trash and recycling and replace liners as needed.

• Restock restroom, sanitation, and custodial supplies so spaces are always ready for the people who use them.

• Help maintain an organized, well-kept, and professional appearance throughout our campus.

• Pay attention to the little details that make a big difference in how a space looks and feels.

• Identify and report maintenance, safety, or repair concerns.

• Safely and properly use custodial supplies and equipment.

• Partner with other Frazer team members to prepare spaces for programs, meetings, events, and special activities.

• Have previous custodial, housekeeping, facilities, or environmental services experience—preferred but not required.

EXPERIENCE AND/OR EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: 

Valid Georgia Driver’s License

High School Diploma/GED
