About Genco Power

Genco Power Group is the driving force behind two thriving companies: PartnerNET, a specialist in Smart ICT equipment distribution, and Supervoice, an innovator in telecommunications. Looking ahead, Genco Power remains committed to expanding its footprint and building the foundations for sustained growth.

We are proud to be certified as a Great Place to Work®, reflecting our commitment to a supportive and innovative workplace where every team member can thrive.

The Role

A hands-on, field-heavy role for someone who thrives on execution. You'll own the operational side of PartnerNET's events calendar - from logistics planning and venue setup to on-site coordination and dismantling. No two days are the same: one day you're coordinating with suppliers, the next you're on-site building a booth at an exhibition. You'll work closely with the Marketing team and directly support PartnerNET's presence at conferences, roadshows, partner training days and open days across Greece.

What You’ll Do

Event logistics & planning

  • Plan and coordinate the logistics for all PartnerNET events: venue preparation, equipment, marketing materials, booth structures and presentation materials
  • Negotiate with suppliers and venues; manage event-related contracts, quotes and budgets
  • Coordinate transportation of event materials, products and equipment to and from event locations
  • Manage pick-up and delivery of company products to events, exhibitions, roadshows

On-site execution

  • Physical, hands on setup and dismantling of event venues, booths and branded installations
  • Oversee on-site logistics during events to ensure smooth execution and rapid problem resolution
  • Act as the operational point of contact on-site, coordinating with venue staff, suppliers and internal teams

Administration & support

  • Assist with event-related paperwork, purchase orders and budget tracking
  • Maintain an organised inventory of event materials, equipment and branded assets
  • Support the Marketing team with ad hoc administrative tasks related to event planning and execution
  • Liaise with the Warehouse and other teams as needed

What We’re Looking For

Required

  • 2–4 years of experience in event operations, event coordination or a logistics-heavy role
  • Proven track record of executing events on-site — setup, dismantling, on-the-day coordination
  • Strong organisational skills: able to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously without dropping the ball
  • Valid driving licence (Category B) - required for transporting materials to events
  • Physical stamina - this role involves lifting, loading, unloading and extended on-site hours
  • Flexibility for occasional weekend events and domestic travel within Greece
  • Excellent Greek; good working English

Preferred

  • Degree or diploma in Events Management, Business, Marketing or Logistics
  • Experience managing event budgets and supplier negotiations
  • Familiarity with ICT industry events, conferences or exhibitions

Equivalent hands-on experience is valued equally to formal qualifications.

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation package
  • Corporate laptop
  • Life and health insurance
  • Structured 30/60/90-day onboarding plan
  • Vendor-sponsored international training & certifications
  • Work with some of the world's leading technology brands
  • Certified Great Place to Work® environment
