Job responsibilities:Â
- Create, update and track CFOs(Customer Feature Objective) efficiently.
- Conduct thorough analysis to ensure all the CFOs align with project objectives and standards
- Work with cross functional teams to develop and follow best practices to align on a global strategy for new featuresÂ
- Support platform new feature developmentÂ
- Support program specific new feature developmentÂ
- Conducting competitive benchmarking & voice of customer clinics to support the development processÂ
Basic Qualifications:Â
- Bachelor of Science: Electrical, Mechanical, Software, or Systems Engineering or an equivalent from an ABET accredited universityÂ
- 3 to 5Â years of automotive experienceÂ
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written and ability to communicate technical content to a non-technical audienceÂ
- Good project coordination skillsÂ
- Automotive Systems BackgroundÂ
- Knowledge of ISO 26262Â
- Ability to interpret various regulatory requirements and Industry Best practicesÂ
- Knowledge of INCOSE requirements decomposition Â
Preferred Qualifications:Â
- Master of Science in Electrical, Mechanical, or Software Engineering or equivalent from an ABET accredited universityÂ
- Knowledge of IBM doors, or similar ALM/PLM management toolsÂ
- Systems Engineering experience Â
- Experience with system network topology diagramsÂ
- Able to Understand Problem from all aspects (Software, Hardware, Field)Â
- Knowledge of a functional domain (i.e. Body, Chassis, Electrical, Interi
