Job Summary
We’re looking to hire a hard-working Janitor who can maintain the cleanliness and safety of our building. You’ll be responsible for all cleaning duties, including vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing restrooms with soapy water, and emptying trash. The ideal candidate has a great work ethic, experience with cleaning equipment and supplies, and takes pride in a job well done. ( Shifts Available: Weekly - Monday to Thursday Midnight Shift 12:30 am - 5:30 am, Weekend -Friday 12:30 am 5:30 am & Saturday to Sunday 2 am- 6:30 am)
ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Restrooms, including family restrooms, times
Sinks, Countertops, Toilets (Clean, Sanitize, Polish)Â
Glass, Mirrors, Chrome, Stainless fixtures (Clean, Polish)Â
Doors, Partitions (wiped down)Â
Sweep and mop floorsÂ
Interior Building 1st-3rd Levels.Â
- Interior Building 1st-3rd Levels. (Furniture, employee stairwell, exterior stairs, main kitchen (except floor
sweeping and mopping) and maintenance rooms not Included In this cleaning scope)
Sweep, mop, and scrub all hard flooring including the bars and
beverage stations as well as main stairwell.Â
Dust and mop main lobby staircaseÂ
Clean glass on main stairwellÂ
Clean railing on the main staircaseÂ
Clean and polish interior and exterior of the main and service
elevators. Also clean tracks regularly. - Kitchen
Sweep and mop kitchen floor with degreaser. Scrub as needed.
Qualifications
- Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 to 3 years of experience in janitorial services
- A driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from the worksite, and must have Auto Insurance
- Experience with a variety of cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment
- Excellent stamina and physical health
- Must be a hard worker with close attention to detail and have a strong work ethic
