What You'll Be Doing

  • Safely operate a ready mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites on schedule.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report equipment issues promptly.
  • Load, transport, and unload concrete while maintaining product quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and site personnel to ensure efficient deliveries.
  • Follow all safety procedures, traffic regulations, and company policies.

What Are We Looking For

  • Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a safe driving record.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to operate commercial vehicles and perform vehicle inspections.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Capability to work independently, manage delivery schedules, and adapt to changing priorities.

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
