Position: Automotive Service Advisor 
Location: Auburn Chevrolet GMC
Potential Compensation: $50,000 - $80,000 annually

Sign on Bonus: $2,500 after working 90 days.

Your Role: 

Customer-Centric Service: Provide exceptional service by managing service orders and ensuring a smooth drive lane experience. Address customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, both over the phone and in person while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores. 

Concierge Support: Take ownership of the customer experience, going above and beyond to ensure every customer leaves with a positive impression. 

Technical Expertise: Assist in answering technical questions and utilize your knowledge to effectively communicate solutions and options to customers. 

What We’re Looking For: 

Service Excellence: Proven track record in service and sales, with a strong focus on achieving high customer satisfaction results. 

Skills and Experience: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, organized and exceptional communication skills. Experience with CDK is a plus. 

Professionalism: Well-groomed appearance and a commitment to maintaining company standards and compliance with applicable laws. 

Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently with little supervision while managing time effectively and contributing positively to a team-oriented environment.
